The Golf Club of Georgia is purely a golf club, embracing the game's traditions and presenting championship conditions every day.

Since 1990, The Golf Club of Georgia has stood for unmatched service, camaraderie and hospitality and an unrelenting devotion to daily turf quality and performance.

Established for the enthusiastic golfer or executive who desires to use an elite club for business entertaining, The Golf Club of Georgia enjoys championship course conditions every day, offering incredible golf experiences to its members and their guests.

The two Arthur Hills-designed courses, Lakeside and Creekside, are distinctly different from each other, offering the golfer enormous architectural, aesthetic and strategic variety.

Club Rules & Regulations-

As important to us as the reputation of our golf courses and the rules and traditions of the game are the rules and regulations of the Club.

The Club's Board of Directors has adopted a zero-tolenrance policy and officially is reminding members and their guests that:

-Violators to the dress code will be prohibited from entering the golf course or dining areas if unwilling to change into acceptable attire.

-Continual violators of the dress code or our policies regarding cell phone use, cart path rules or pace of play are subject to suspension.

The following is a brief overview of our dress code and cell phone policies:

-Cargo pants, cargo shorts, denim, medical scrubs, pool attire, jogging or warm-up apparel, hiking boots, military fatigues and military-style boots are not appropriate attire.

-Men's shirts must have a collar, mock or full turtle neck, and be tucked in at all times.

-Shorts are acceptable, provided that the shorts are not less than four inches from the top of the kneecap (ie Bermuda length).

-Caps must be worn with the bill facing forward. Caps and hats may not be worn in the Club's Main Dining Room.

-Use of cellular telephones is permitted only in the Locker Rooms and Conference Suites. Use of cellular telephones is strictly prohibited in all other areas of the Clubhouse, including the lobby.

-All electronic devices must be kept in silent or vibrate mode at all times while on the Club's property.
